Working in IT field and in charge of accounts and those compliance stuff, my colleagues and i usually discuss what classify as junk mails.

one of the best example is the 'last day, thanks you' email that users send out.

i mean yea, u might want to send out to your own dept and some colleagues that have worked alongside with you... but why do you even wan to send to the WHOLE company?

do they really think they have built up so much 'rapport' with the entire company?

my boss got so irritated with it until he asked me to create distribution for internal emails..
but clever users now send to ALL the internal distribution email that i have created which is akin to sending out mass junk email to the whole company lol.

anyway...
