Time flies
and it's the middle of September now!
Before i knew it, it's time to start yet another round of modules for my course :)
Seems like yesterday when i just handed up my assignments for my Stats!
hahaha~!
Appears that my assignments has been taking it's toll on me.
i was down and flu and have yet to recover!
it's been 2 weeks!
Been hoping it's H1N1 and i get to work from home man.

Work has been hectic recently.
So much stuff have surfaced due to the audit.
Bad Stuff.
Though it's not my fault but somehow, i was being invovled in every aspect of the 'query'
Audit.. Reformed Process and what not..
Haiz...
Just today, i received yet another email that is being targeted at me.

Helpdesk is really a suxy job.
Being the one in charge of IT Compliance means that you are the "Black Face" of IT.
Colleagues randomly throw your name in which some way or another, everyone thinks you are being difficult by rejecting their forms and such.
But if you do not comply with the documentation.
Sooner or later, the documentation will catch up on you ( in form of audit ) and u will have a mayday~!

i got zero job satisfaction.
i create accounts asap for them and in the end what happens is, some big shot send a email to my boss and my director saying that i am not working.
what the fuk.

I remember that it takes less than a day to create emails.
However, this request below was sent last week, and up until now, we didn’t hear anything.

Helpdesk Asia has only received the IT Request form yesterday and not last week.

Jaycee Lui Wai Ying incident was received at 9/16/2009 11:02:20 AM

As for Joanne Wong Yin Yee , we did not receive any it request form yet.

Please also note that we are given 1 week to create the emails and not 1 day.
