i'm pissed!
i have no freaking idea what the erp team is doing
seeing that they have like 2 projects on hand only
and it's a bloody team of 5!
the original agreement of helpdesk procedure has been compromised!
it used to be the erp team going into the singapore queue themselves and assign tickets to themselves
and the respective erp manager reset the fuking e1 password.
but now...
not only that i have to help them pick tickets and assign it to their queue,
i also need to help them reset e1 password
i wonder wtf are they doing seriously!
M, one of the erp team member told me she had only one project on hand and it's pending
so she is super free
whereas for me, wtf i'm doing her team job~!
u can never be friends with ppl you are working with!
seriously!
okie i'm grumpy!
i have over-estimated my energy level.
i'm exhausted and C is not here and i see tons of fuking tickets!
C is on leave u see..
went genting.
seriously man~!
after 3 accumulated working days in expo.
she would have expected the flood of tickets coming in AFTER then expo
and yet she could ask me "is this reasonable?"
what can i say? " no, dun go?, stay and assign tickets! i dun wan to do ur bloody job!"
duh!
she have a fuking easy life here!
