my headphone for my nokia e71 gave up on me.
for 1 week i have went without music to and fro work!
which is something!
i mean i totally cannot live without music
kinda amazing that i actually put off buying my headphone~

well i finally did buy one but..
it's 3.5mm ( so i used it for work )
the quality is so good!
ear bud type ( surround block off sound )
and wow clear!
my useless online headphone i'm going throw off!
it's like 10 bucks and the quality is so shity!
that why i dun really trust online stuff~

anyway my new headphone which i brought (TDK) cost me 12 bucks!

i believe firmly in investing in a walkman phone ( yes, there's a brand called sony errisson but i love my e71! )

on another note.
i'm extremely unhappy about the insurance policy that i went to
i need to go to the clinic 2 times!
it's like i never heard of that i need to go to a bloody clinic for 2 bloody times
even it's for advance check up~
i mean, knowing my history, they should have told me and got me to go to the highest level checkup to prevent me from going another time right?
anyway the Mentor totally tried to smoke me and i went on and on about the mafan-ness of it
i wanted it to be fast and i took leave for the first time
and now they asked me to go for another time and in a period that i'm so fuking busy!
i'm so packed till end of this month man!

i mean he sold so many policy and yet he do not know how to anticipate "problems" meh?

another thing is his PA.
he totally do not know how to be someone helpful, he send me the address and did not even bother to send me the "street directory link"
he is so fuking lazy la, as a PA, he should have done that!
another thing is he send me all over sg to clinic in weekday mornings~
and say that due to my "expectations" of finding a female doctor and so on
anyway~ it's just one shitload of trouble la!
i'm so unhappy with their attitude
what a fuking waste of my time
i spend my sunday afternoon arguging with the mentor and he said that he is very angry over the advance check up also and so on~
but it's of 2 different policy ( duh, share medical records?!) then he say the hsbc is lower lvl the AXA is higher level~
so logically i should go to the AXA one right!
wtf they send me to HSBC clinic in the first place
knowing my history, and they have sold so many policy, they should have anticipated this and sent me to the higher lvl one to prevent all this trouble right~
then he goes about saying my need for female doctor and my area~
of which i reminded him i'm the customer and i'm supposed to choose my preference of doctors. be it a female or a male and of cuz a location near to me!
duh!
then he U-TURN and say he also very angry with the AXA about the advanced test, say what hsbc dun need, why they need and he also scared i miss the liver coverage and shit~

duh! trying to smoke around~
i spend more time arguing him on this just to irritate the shit out of him!
i know i still gonna go but i ain't going to make it simple
i'm going to make it hell for him and his pA
ir-regardless of my friend.

my friend also tried to avoid me on this!
i think robin asked him to refrain from talking and let him handle the "angry customer"
knn which make me even more angry!
if it's my friend who come and pacify me i still maybe will grumble and let it go~
but since he say let him handle..

anyway the whole reason i endure this is cuz the insurance is supposed to be cheaper than buying from a single company like predential and so on~!
it's like they getting the cheapest price out of the most stuff~

my dear bitch rein has been admitted to hospital becuz of kidney stone
i dun even know what caused that~!
hope she recover soon~
