i am so hyped up with a new technology 2 weeks ago.
it's the rmvb to tv output kinda thing
whereby you could directly watch shows that you stored in your external hard-disk via the tv instead of the computer
as my aunt is always catching shows like er 6 mths after i have finished with it...and asking me for such a old drama series.
i thought such a new gadget will be very useful to her..
seeing that i am downloading new shows every other day..
and she is so into korea shows~~

naturally, when my colleague bought one and lent me for the week.
i was thrilled!
i wanted to see how powerful the gadget is and so on..
happily, i hopped home and proceeded to tinkle with the cables and so on.
unfortunately, i'm not adept at electronic stuff and need to ask my dad for assistance..
so.. i called for him several times ( i was in the living room while he was in the master bedroom )
he shouted " you want to find me, come to the room la! why i must come out"
me: that stuff is all in the living room, and u need to see it to know what i'm talking about, go in for what?
dad: ( stomped out ) scold bad words
me: wtf! ( i forget wat i said )
dad: scold scold scold
me: wtf! ( i still forget what i said )
mum


me: i'm coming down now
< grabs my gadget and went down >
ever since..
i din speak to my dad..( unless it's VERY NECESSARY, misc like asking him to fetch him back, talking cock to him, laughing and joking with him)
i still try to be polite though. he ask me what time i will STILL answer, like how i treat strangers!

last sat.
the first attempt of him " making amends " is to bring me eat DISGUSTING food.
i'm totally speechless.
it's at hougang
hainan curry rice ( since i say the jalan basar scissors rice is damn nice which he begged to differ )
so he brought me to eat this..

misc stuff ( i find that it's cai fan lor, and i hate cai fan lor. i mean EVERYONE know i HATE cai fan lor )


the chilli which he says is nice ( of which i said, it's similar to the market duck rice store)


the meat.. alright i admit this meat is nice. it melts in your mouth literally!


anyway. i still cannot forgive him. i totally hate that he scold me for nothing. and the reason when he scold me is totally out of the point.
he always cannot win me in arguements and likes to say misc stuff that is totally unrelated and continue the arugement that is already out of the point!

i will never forget it.

anyway. the following morning we went to the cemetery for qing ming festival.
i woke at 530am!
urgh!
first time so early!
reach choa chu kang for my grandfather tomb at ard 6.30am
it was so dark. yet alot of ppl.
so not the "thrill" that i'm looking for!
anyway. the weather report says that it's gonna rain the whole day on sunday and lighting flashes are all over!
so we though wah kao! rain soon!
faster faster!
but..
as the sun comes out..
those lighting miraculously disappear..
and me being me..
took shots at the sky!!

anyway we waited 1 hour @ cck cemetary for my 2nd uncle.
tons of hoo-haa..
aunts started grumbling and say no responsibility and so on..
and i said.
wow. i thought we are supposed to burn those stuff before the candles went out?
then LOL
they took my word as an excuse and started to burn ( but my grand-dad refused to say "yes" )
until my 2 uncles and 1 aunt came and offer him incense THEN he say yes=.=
lol

funny la my relatives!
they even ask my one of my cousin to ask ( as she was his favorite when he was alive) to ask!
joker!

i love qing ming jie.
lol i reckon it is the only day that i'm not afraid of ghost ( since they are so happy that each of their families came to offer stuff for them )
haa..and i love the fact that we are still going together in a huge group for my grand-dad and grand ma
