SIM Course Registration - Monday

much hoo-haa on the selection of the uni-core when i'm seeking advice from rein
( apparently, rein does not even take that) so yea, i chose those that interest me
my first choice of 3 Core Modules and 2 UniCore
but rein talked me out of taking 3 core ( she scared i cannot cope, and on my end, it's better to be safe then to WASTE MONEY )

i choose this in the beginning

BUS101 - Management
BUS103 - Organizational Behavior
BUS105 - Statistics
COR100 - Effective Communication
COR156 – Personal Financial Planning.

then when i wanted to click submit, i realised they charge me for their stupid sim membership when i'm covered by my company..
then some woman from sim said that she have updated the system and i should login tomorrow ( which is today) to confirm my places..

SIM Course Registration - Tuesday
@ 5 o'clock, i finally remembered and went to the website to "confirm" my place..
BUT......
the freaking SIM membership fees is still there!!!
i called up SIM and start to bitch around.
shall spare u of the hoo-haa and those angry angry words that i used during the short telephone conversation =x

in the end i chose like
BUS101 - Management
BUS103 - Organizational Behavior
COR100 - Effective Communication
COR154 - Learning to Learn

that stupid woman ask me to secure a place in COR154 - Learning to Learn and send her a email to change from COR154 - Learning to Learn to COR156 – Personal Financial Planning.

then she told me, on her end, she already updated yesterday but do not know why they did not update the system and blah blah blah.. (disgusting woman, she tried to blame the data entry pp)
and being the bitch that i was..
i said ...
"i'm not concerned of what happen yesterday AND today..."
"i'm only concerned about those modules that i wanted to take but are UNABLE to due to a cock-up on YOUR END"
"i'm also not interested in what happens to your system, i want to confirm my place and with my modules NOW, while u are on the phone so that i could tell you *head say "SCREAM at you"* when something goes wrong.

(PS: i'm not even supposed to call them in the first place on the membership thing when i did EVERYTHING TOTALLY 100% RIGHT when i registered, it's THEM who DID NOT UPDATE)

now only left the "paying" to do!!
