i'm so fuking pissed with the erp side..
it's like they keep on asking me to do the smtp for them just becuz their e1 id is configured wrongly..
then users cannot receive whatever shit they are trying to receive through the e1..
zzzzzz..
in the fuking first place, the e1 should integrate with the ad..
and not configure the ad to suit the fuking buggy e1!!!

then now..
they trying to get me to change a particular user smtp to be like MHWA which makes no fuking sense when the initials of her first name or last name dun even link!!
her email is like near to almost correct and they wanted to add a new smtp for another user..
it's like taking the future user of a person whose surname is "wa" and the initials of the first name is "M" & "H"..
then keep on saying that i did it before..
which i have no fuking idea..
it's like zillions of years ago and the fuker claimed that it's recently..
in the fuking place. i have so many fuking tickets already.
how the fuk could i remember which ticket and what..
also.. if i have did it before. would i fuking react so big?
i will just do it..

the only fuking thing i remembered was that i did search up the email smtp to prove them that the names are in fuking conflict and hence i could not fuking add their fuking smtp into the user's account.
and also, i remembered that they fuking change their fuking e1 acct to suit the Ad..
that is what i remembered..
they changed their fuking e1 id to be same as AD..
anyway. when i asked them which ticket number and what email...
they could not even fuking pull out the records and yet still make such a big deal on me asking them to send a email indicating that THEY request me to change the smtp.

hellO~ when something like this happens.
u need to fuking protect urself.
especially when the ad is in the US and the US ppl are such fuking arseholes!

then now..
the fuker locked the incident and keep on saying that he unlocked..
well..
fuk him. it's late and i will do it tomorrow.

that fuking indonesian is making me so pissed off..
