Yesterday went for the crocs event thing~!
it was so much fun~
it's of a cooking theme~

so first we need to run ard the garden in the beautiful sun to find the species~
knowing me, it was such a blast!
So thrilled running ard the garden to find spieces that i will see when i start to prepare my dish~~

After like 30mins, all the teams started to give up finding "Traveller Palm" as everyone seems to be finding only that particular tree and reckoned that maybe it does not exist in the spice garden after all~!
Went back to the 'classroom' and endured the full blast of that aircon~
all of us are so sad to be in the classroom as that will mean that we will not be having anymore FUN in the sun! =(

everyone knows that i LOVED outdoor activites right!!!!

anyway~
bitchy james was in class room 1 and me in classroom 2
they neeed to seperate the dynamic bitchy team man!!
i got teamed up with 2 guys
and BOY they do know how to cook~
George, the wonderful bossy cook was doing most of the job~
whereas kawaii me was wearing the apron and looking extremely helpful beside him =P
oh yea we are cooking 3 dishes
Roasted herb chicken,mango springroll,and one more stupid desert that i forget the name~ =)

But in the end, Mark (married,cute team leader) decided to assign me with the 'massaging ' of the herb chicken~
so obviously, my kawaii beautiful but extremely weak nails got those herb that stain on it!!
become yellowish~ look weaker now~
omg if nails can cry i think they will be crying yesterday lo~
after that i got 'brain-washed' by both of the guys that i should learn how to cut a chicken~
so me, being extremely apprehensive about how 'hot' the ROASTED chicken now walk up to the chef and do my first attempt on the chicken
it was so sad.. the chef did it in 10 secs flat whereas i used like 2 - 5 mins, i said 2 but other ppl told me 5 =.="
how sad.. i use 5 mins to cut the chicken~
okie not cut.. i CHOP it!

oh yea, the mashed potato also was part of the roasted chicken thing
so me, thinking that that was the easiest job, volunteer to mash it~!
but boy~ the two guys are so picky~
say not smooth enuff, so they only let me to 'break' the potato and they continue to mash it till there's no more lumpy lumpy feeling~
at this point of time, i am so down~
i mean HELLO, i did home econs as main in secondary school and yet this 2 guys can cook better then me~
i am so sad lo~!

too pro~!
anyway have tons and tons of fun at the cooking lesson with them~
cuz maybe i too long no cook all this westernized food already~
oh yea and disgusting james cooked extremely hot curry even i commented that it's spicy so u can know how Spicy it is!
and the biggest deal here is the tomato guy ( james ) actually tasted and ate the curry that he sweated and TEARED over!LITERALLY!
he was crying when i came over to his classroom to disturb him ( while my own team members are busily mashing the potato)
haha~!

was fun la~
only that the spice garden Hoo-Haa was only remembered in the cab when we are going home with Jess
Jess said that it was a big Conspiracy amongst the organisers to let us run ard the garden until we are hot and bothered and let us shiok in the cooking classroom with the aircon on at full-blast to pacify us..
having too much fun at the cooking us and starving us makes us forget about the big hoo-haa on the spice garden thingy!

Anyway~ now the server crashed again and hence this entry
wahahah~ and yes~ i seldomw will waste my time typing blog at home!!
